Steven Rush doing business as CyberWiz Internet Studios and OmniSoft Systems have been designing, crafting, developing and programming Retail and eCommerce software applications since we were founded in November of 1984. Our commercial applications based on DOS platforms include Simply RETAIL, the first retail point-of-sale system featuring overlayered windows and local area network installation [even before Microsoft products offered these advanced features]. To provide these innovative firsts we had to develop a substantial portion of the code in macro assembler - but it has always been our philosophy to do whatever it takes to get the job done - a philosophy we adhere to - to this day.
Retail Manager, Simply VIDEO, Phone Wizard, YakSol, EZ-Link, and several smaller retail oriented commercial and custom applications rounded out our DOS based product lines.
In 1996 we turned our full time attention to developing HOTPerl, an innovative new eCommerce programming language. HOTPerl allows us to develop smooth, dependable, easy-to-use, innovative, successful distributed eCommerce applications. HOTPerl has helped to make CyberWiz Internet Studios the premiere resource for advanced eCommerce website CGI programming in the Internet Millennium.
In 2000 CyberWiz moved away from Perl as our primary programming language and began developing a comprehensive suite of applications designed for the educational environment. We began developing in ASP, VBScript, SQL Server, and Windows 2000. Early in 2003 we again expanded our focus to include the awesome new opportunities offered by dot Net (ASP.NET and VB.NET) programming.
 Solutions for the Automotive Industry
Beginning in 2004 we were privileged to get in on the ground floor of developing leading-edge, Web based solutions for the automotive industry. ROtracker, our ASP.NET repair order management system for luxury auto body shops is the industry's leading Web based solution that includes customers, dealers, the insurance industry into the collision service centers repair process. Beginning in 2000 we have offered our successful CompleteWebStore SQL driven e-Commerce Web store solution to giftware wholesalers. We grew CompleteWebStore to eventually host over 87 gift web sites.
In 2004 we revisit our strengths in e-Commerce shopping cart software systems development by introducing SnapCART.NET, a robust, state-of-the-art ASP.NET object oriented application designed for Web sties needing a non-database driven shopping cart solution. In 2000 we began a visionary initiative into designing leading edge Web applications for the public education sector.
